The staff was really nice and helpful. The location proved convenient. The Standard Double Room was acceptably clean ..
I noticed scuffed walls. There was no do not disturb sign available for the door. The windows did not open, apparently for safety reasons

helpful staff many varieties damaged mirror dirty socks
Staff was very helpful. the breakfast included many varieties and options. the bed was quite comfortable. The sheets and towels felt of good quality.
i found stains on the bedsheets in my room. dirty socks from a previous guest were down the side of the chair in the room.. the mirror was also damaged. the back of the bathroom door was broken.

helpful directions good value clean room comfortable bed
The receptionist, Brenda, provided helpful directions and marked places on my map. The meal deal offered good value with plenty of choice. My room was clean. The location was central to main areas. The bed was comfortable. I got an good night's sleep.
The floors were bouncy. I could hear people moving in the room above! though the noise was minimal.

The room included water in the fridge, a nice convenience, and the bed was very comfortable. Facilities were adequate, with the room offering the essential amenities I needed . This ensured a restful experience.

Staff members, Sai and Lana, offered attentive service in the restaurant. Brenda at reception was friendly. She was helpful with all my questions. Mrittika provided excellent service at breakfast, ensuring nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel offers parking next door in the NCP. The breakfast featured a decent selection of fresh items regularly replenished! moreover, the staff was eager to help with leaving luggage after checkout.

distant parking no site facilities
the receptionist at the front desk was cute i will give them that
the local parking recommendation was far the staff were friendly however there were no facilities on site there was no internal access to the restaurant for breakfast so i had to go outside and down the street

super accommodation experience
english style great location short walk large room
the breakfast had a classic english style and it tasted great. the location proved convenient.. it was very easy to reach the shopping area with a short walk of approximately five minutes. a ten-minute car ride took us to the train station. the room was quite large exceeding initial expectations.
the room did not include any usb-c sockets. this meant charging some of my devices was slightly less convenient than it could have been.

the hotel features convenient parking close by at a preferential rate. there are numerous bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. the hotel is within walking distance of live music venues and also close to the city centre for shopping.
