The staff seemed friendly and helpful during check in. The room was clean and had a modern design.
The noise level became a real issue as the walls felt paper thin, and I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms. The constant noise made it difficult to relax or sleep properly, it was a disappointment.

the staff was super nice i received a room upgrade to a suite balcony sea view it had amazing views. i extend my gratitude to rim and gamze for being really nice, they provided really good service . i also want to thank mr gurkan for always supporting me it was greatly appreciated.
the location is a bit isolated no shops are outside the hotel only residences and highways. this made it somewhat inconvenient to quickly grab essentials or explore local areas. the need to plan trips for basic necessities impacted my overall stay quality.

the hotel has a clean swimming pool that is great it provides a relaxing atmosphere. the gym has modern equipment there are treadmills and stationary bikes. guests can access a starbucks on the premises for coffee.

my room included comfortable beds i enjoyed good sleep every night. i had a great sea view from my room i could observe ships. the bathroom included a separate shower cabin it was very convenient.

the reception staff was friendly they offered support whenever needed. some staff members spoke various languages i could communicate easily. the staff promptly addressed any concerns i raised i found this responsive behavior excellent.

i received a wonderful upgrade to a sea-view suite. the receptionist, ms. gamze, surprised me. concierge, mr murad, was friendly and helpful. i found the entire experience seamless and i greatly appreciated the kind gestures.
the cleanliness in the room did not meet my expectations. i noticed some issues that needed more attention. i believe improvements in this area would significantly enhance the stay .
