great location helpful staff room noise soft bed
The hotel has a really good location and is close to major tourist spots. The staff was helpful , they gave great advice about places to visit.
The room I was given was a bit noisy because it was near the reception. The bed in the room was also way to soft for my liking and needs replacement soon.

faulty air conditioning sagging mattress
The breakfast options were good.
The air conditioning in my room did not work properly. It was far too warm. I told reception, but the issue persisted. The mattress needs replacing as it sagged significantly.

i was impressed by the staff's dedication and assistance throughout my stay. ibrahim at the concierge was particularly helpful with directions and recommendations. i also appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of my room, especially the bedding.
the noise isolation in my room was not satisfactory. i could hear noise from outside, a little disturbing.

convenient location spacious suite helpful staff
the hotel location allowed convenient access to attractions and the tram line. our spacious corner suite 414 featured atrium views. staff assisted with a seafood restaurant transfer, quite convenient. the reception was very helpful
i found that the bathroom floors lacked heating. the marble floors felt cold, especially during winter. i would like to see heated floors in the bathroom for the winter months

poor isolation inconsistent housekeeping
the location suited my needs reasonably well. staff were generally available.
The room was far from ideal. the noise isolation was quite poor and i could hear street sounds late into the night. housekeeping standards were inconsistent. On one day, the bathroom was not properly cleaned at all.
