excellent hotel experience
convenient locationspacious suitehelpful staffcold floors
the hotel location allowed convenient access to attractions and the tram line. our spacious corner suite 414 featured atrium views. staff assisted with a seafood restaurant transfer, quite convenient. the reception was very helpful
i found that the bathroom floors lacked heating. the marble floors felt cold, especially during winter. i would like to see heated floors in the bathroom for the winter months

the location suited my needs reasonably well. staff were generally available.
The room was far from ideal. the noise isolation was quite poor and i could hear street sounds late into the night. housekeeping standards were inconsistent. On one day, the bathroom was not properly cleaned at all.
