fantastic stay in a great location

I received an upgrade to a king suite with complimentary breakfast. and the location is amazing. Sirkeci marmaray station is nearby, and the tram stop is a few minutes away. breakfast offered a wide selection of foods that kept me full all day.
The room lacked soundproofing. I could hear conversations from the adjacent room. it was quite disruptive. i could clearly hear noises outside the window, from the next room, and even from outside the door.

the hotel is close to aya sofia, blue mosque, gulhane park and topkapi palace. many restaurants and shops surround it. it offers easy access to public transport making city exploration simple.

mixed experience. the rooms are not in good condition
bad condition couchunprepared room
i had booked a room for several nights. there were some issues. the couch in the room used as an extra sleeping place for the 3rd person was in bad condition. it really needs replacement. additionally, i booked a room for 3 adults however i got everything prepared for 2 so i had to ask for the extra bed linen, pillows, slippers, and towels. i tried to call the reception several times using the numbers provided and no one ever picked up the phone.
