the hotel enjoys a SUPERB location. the room was clean daily, which i appreciated. the restaurant on the premises offered a lovely balcony overlooking the square.
i noticed no signage to the reception desk. navigating past a large queue for a bakery proved difficult. there were no extra amenities provided, such as complimentary chocolates.

the location was amazing! it was in the heart of everything. the room had great sound proofing . the staff was friendly and helpful especially when i needed directions. i found the restaurants to be top notch and always available.

I smelled delicious kaiserschmarrn as i entered the foyer each day. the hotel offers two excellent restaurants with diverse menus. The breakfast had an a la carte option, with many selections. Service was attentive.

the staff was always helpful and ready to assist with any questions. the staff quickly addressed faulty bathroom doors and fixed them perfectly. i got prompt service and courteous assistance at all times. there were no issues.

the staff were helpful and attentive. i really appreciated their quick response in fixing a minor issue with the bathroom doors . the doors now work like new, i want to add that my room featured panoramic windows with an amazing view of st stephans.

the location was amazing, right in the city center. the staff were helpful with directions. the room had a comfortable bed, i slept well.
finding the reception was a bit confusing. there was no clear signage on the ground floor. the hallway felt dark and the room faced an unappealing courtyard.
