noisy air conditioning tired room
the staffs warm welcome was acceptable, i suppose.
I did not like that the room i got felt kinda tired. the elevators were an absolute nightmare during peak hours. It was really bad. the air conditioning was excessively noisy too.

great service club lounge good location water damage loose spotlights
the staff offered great service. jennifer at the club lounge helped. the hotel location is close to public transport such as mtr and trams. breakfast buffet had delicious food
The hotel showed its age. i noticed signs of water damage. some spotlights in the shower were loose. The condition doesn't justify the prices

uneven experience
mold smell run-down rooms
there was a strong smell of mold in the hallways , with dehumidifiers everywhere. my room felt small and worn , like it was a converted storage space. i also noticed stains on the walls and mirrors .

mixed experience at this location
usb charger confused staff
the location was near the mtr and taxis were easily available.
The hotel did not have a usb charger. Staff seemed confused about this simple request, directing me to a nearby 7-11 for purchase.

Excellent Harbour View Stay
warm welcome walking distance large pool simple accessibility
The staff at the front desk provided a warm welcome. I really appreciated it. The hotel is located within walking distance of the waterfront, so it was easy to explore. The hotel pool is large. It is certainly one of the largest in the area. The accessibility to explore the island was simple.

My Harbour View Queen Room had excellent views of the harbor from the 37th floor. The room had a very comfortable bed. It also included a spacious bathroom with a rainfall shower. The air conditioning was efficient. It maintained a pleasant temperature.

The reception service was kind. The staff quickly arranged the best room options. Kevina, Alice, and Yoyo provided excellent support. Housekeeping was efficient. They maintained the suite sparkling and clean.
