decent stay with MINOR issues
hard pillowsunreliable wifi
The pillows were not very good. They was like rocks. wifi connection was very unreliable too. i think the hotel needs to improve these little things.

Really good stay

The hotel boasts interiors with lovely decorations, i particularly admired seasonal ones. Staff members demonstrated friendliness, importantly, they communicated effectively in English. My phone was returned quickly when i reported i had lost it in the premises. That definitely solved a problem.
I found food at the restaurant a bit overpriced (i didn't liked that). No magical experience was given to the children and that was dissapointing for all of us. Nothing felt particularly magical .

The buffet breakfast offers options, including tasty choices. I greeted a character during breakfast, something i really enjoyed. I recommend the buffet for families.

Children enjoyed the facilities, specifically the Nemo reef. The pool area is well kept, i was pleased. The hotel provides shuttle buses, therefore, walking to Disneyland isn't necessary.

The room size is ideal for a family. Two double beds were provided, as advertised. The environment felt precious and familiar to all of us.

The valet service helped find taxis. The reception staff was very nice, something i noticed. The hotel staff provided helpful sightseeing tips.

mixed feelings about the stay
fresh smellbathroom moldslow service
the hotel smelled fresh.
the bathroom had mold in the shower. it seemed like cleanliness was not a priority. the hotel staff said they would bring a baby cot, but i had to ask again after waiting for ninety minutes.

underwhelming stay, some issues noticed
unstable wififirm pillows
The wifi signal was unstable in my room, i had to reconnect many times. i also found the pillows to be too firm. They seemed like blocks of wood. surprisingly, other guests had mentioned this problem before, but it had not been fixed. the restaurant food was very expensive for its average quality.
