noisy room limited parking
The room was a bit NOISY, you could hear the trains. The breakfast lacked variety. The check-in was not very cute. I also noticed there were limited parking spaces.

Solid stay in perfect location
train station great variety temperature controls
The hotel is very near the train station. The breakfast offered great variety. The staff was friendly and always helpful with directions. We enjoyed drinks at the bar each evening. Service was consistently prompt. The room had easy temperature controls and i could manage it well.
The spa was somewhat crowded during peak hours. It was hard to find a time when it wasn't busy.

charming stay!
quick access public transportation arrival water buffet pastries
i found the location excellent. it allowed quick access to public transportation. the hotel provided a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival. the breakfast buffet included delicious pastries.
the walls seemed quite thin, as i could hear conversations from adjacent rooms. hopefully, they can address this for better sound insulation.

the rooms have a simple style and offer a nice amount of space. my room included a balcony with mountain views (i really enjoyed the fresh air). the bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub.

wide choice mountain view friendly staff comfortable room
The breakfast buffet had many choices and it was very fresh. The staff proved friendly. The room was comfortable and featured mountain views. I also appreciated the robes, slippers and toiletries available.
The hotel lacked air conditioning.

Staff was cute and always ready to help. The staff helped me to organize hotel transfers. Emma's advice was expert. Guillaume and Lorenzo on the front desk were also very helpful.

Everything was within walking distance of this hotel. I enjoyed the proximity to bars and restaurants. The bus stop was very close. The Mer De Glace train was nearby. The Aiguille Du Midi Cable Car was also accessible.

The breakfast had many options to select. It provided everything one could imagine. I found great value in the assortment. This certainly made the mornings easier when preparing for activities.

Acceptable Stay with Spa Issues
hot tub temperature unexpected charge
The spa proved disappointing. I found the hot tub temperature insufficiently warm, and some jets were faulty. overcrowding diminished the experience. It resembled a public pool. a charge for early check-in was unexpected.

Worth It For Spa and Views
friendly staff perfect location
I liked the location. It was near everything. The room had heating and also a coffee machine. The breakfast was really good. I found the spa and swimming pool very enjoyable.
