the staff were polite and always ready to assist. the breakfast included a wide selection of foods to suit different tastes. i received a complimentary bottle of wine, which i thought was a nice touch.
the room was dated. the pillows were not comfortable. the walls seemed thin, as i could hear vacuuming in the mornings.

The location was acceptable. Many attractions were within walking distance.
The breakfast was a real letdown. The scrambled eggs were cold, which isn't very hygienic, and the staff didn't seem to care if items ran out. our room was also small! looking out the window meant staring into a concrete shaft, with smoke from other people's cigarettes drifting in.

The location was very convenient to many attractions. Staff were available and ready to assist with questions. A return taxi to the airport was arranged by the staff. The breakfast had a satisfying selection of items each morning.
The air conditioning did not seem to be working properly. It was difficult to control the temperature in the room. This made the room uncomfortably warm during the day.
