the staff kindly stored my luggage before check-in. a maintenance person guided me to my room upon my return. the front desk arranged airport transportation during a train strike. the restaurant staff provided coffee and a croissant before an early tour.
the absence of coffee or tea making facilities was a slight inconvenience.
