friendly staff great location basic breakfast rooftop noise
I really liked how friendly everyone was especially Christiano he responded quickly to my emails. The hotel's location made it easy to walk to all major attractions. I also really enjoyed the cobblestone streets.
The breakfast seemed very basic there wasn't anything fantastic. The rooftop bar above the room made a lot of noise.

constant noise stale pastries
the location was acceptable the staff seemed responsive
my room lacked soundproofing i heard constant noise from the piazza below this interfered with sleep the breakfast selection needed improvement the coffee tasted bad and the pastries seemed stale the overall quality did not justify the price.
