The location proved excellent for visiting the Harry Potter studio tour. I found the staff helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The room size was good, and the bed offered GREAT comfort.
The walls felt thin, allowing me to hear conversations from other rooms. This lack of soundproofing impacted my ability to relax fully.

the room was acceptable and clean.
my stay began with a check-in issue because i found the room hadn't been properly cleaned, there was hair in the bathroom. additionally, the provided single bed proved very uncomfortable, causing a terrible neck pain. finally, sound insulation was absent making sleep difficult.
