balanced stay AT hotel

the room was modern. the breakfast was delicious, and there was a good choice available. freshly squeezed orange juice i liked. the staff were helpful and very kind.
the hotel lacks air conditioning. a ventilation system IS IN PLACE but it did not cool the room sufficiently.

The location was superb. The railway station is only minutes away. A supermarket sits conveniently next door too. Breakfast offered delicious omelettes.
The hotel lacked air conditioning, which became noticeable. I found inconsistent service. Staff did not always offer help with bags.

My stay included a very stylish and functional room. The reception staff was friendly and cute . I was grateful for the fruit provided in the room upon my arrival, a lovely gesture. The bed was fantastic, which greatly contributed to a good rest each night.
The coffee machine area seemed a bit crowded during breakfast, but this was a very minor inconvenience.

the breakfast buffet offered a good selection of items. the internal terrace was quiet. the recently refurbished hotel is in a very central location. the hotel is steps away from a famous shopping mall.

every staff member was excellent. i originally booked because the customer service team responded quickly to my questions. the level of care continued throughout my stay. the staff were genuinely warm and friendly.
