the breakfast offered a good selection of items to choose from daily.
the room i had was quite small. the limited storage space for clothing was also a problem. additionally, the shower had inconsistent temperatures going from hot to cold unexpectedly.

dirty windows amex card
the beautiful ground floor room was not what i expected. sitting there seemed like being on display in a shop window, almost directly on the street. i could hear every sound, guests chatting, car doors slamming, and traffic. i also found that the room's windows had not been cleaned in months, and my amex card was not accepted, despite the sign at the door.

cooked breakfast good quality coffee pod machine useful service friendly service room conservatory disappointing experience overlooked experience
the cooked breakfast was good quality, i found it very satisfying. the coffee pod machine in the room was really useful, i used it instead of the breakfast coffee. the dining area was fine and the service was friendly.
On arrival, we were told that someone was already in the room with conservatory. i was told that nothing could be done about it and we were given another room. It was not what we expected. throughout our stay, we felt a bit overlooked, a disappointing experience.

Adequate Stay. Several Issues Noted

dirty furniture slow breakfast
My stay had some issues. The room was not as clean as I expect. There were marks on the furniture. the breakfast service felt disorganized and slow. I waited an unreasonable time for my order. Staff should address these problems promptly for future visitors.
