the staff was friendly. breakfast had various options. i found convenient access to the beach, the restaurant, and the castle. the room was spacious.
the room was not cleaned well. dirty taps were present in the bathroom and there was an unwashed mug. the teaspoon for the hot drink facilities was also dirty.

The staff was fantastic and accommodating. i needed help with directions, and they provided clear instructions. the breakfasts were great with a good selection. I really enjoyed the pastries.
the room was on the second floor. it was difficult to negotiate the winding staircase with my bags. i wish i had known this beforehand.

My stay had some issues. The room was not as clean as I expect. There were marks on the furniture. the breakfast service felt disorganized and slow. I waited an unreasonable time for my order. Staff should address these problems promptly for future visitors.
