The room was very clean. I guess that is an acceptable standard, isn't it?

Upon arrival, there was a very large pile of dog waste right at the front entrance door. I didn't even have a dog with me! The staff showed a total lack of interest, not even asking how my breakfast was or if I needed anything else. Salmon was extra at £7 a slice. Can you believe that?
