The staff were very friendly and helpful. They created a cosy atmosphere. The bridal suite included lots of space. The food was very good during both dinner and breakfast. We had a great dining experience.
The Wi-Fi connection was awful. The bathroom fixtures were loose, needing maintenance. There was no shampoo supplied in the bathroom. These issues.

The room was spacious. It was a superior double room. the shower was powerful, which i really appreciated. the breakfast had a wide selection, including fresh fruit. the staff was friendly and always ready to help.
i noticed a slight musty smell in the bathroom, it was barely noticeable though.

the hotel is near storrington and its shops. independent shops, an ironmongers, waitrose, and a very good indian restaurant are all close. the south downs way is nearby, though a car is needed.

the hotel has architectural interest and arts and crafts victorian details. continental breakfast is available with lots of choice. the hotel provides parking spaces . the whole hotel is clean and warm.

The staff were friendly and professional. Helen and 'p' were particularly helpful. the hotel accommodated a large group in a separate room for dinner. service at dinner and breakfast was excellent. the staff were very helpful.

our room needed a deep clean. i noticed cobwebs in the bathroom and dirt beside the wardrobe. the mirror light also did not work.

the hotel decoration had character. the atmosphere felt very friendly. our room was quiet and spacious. the four poster bed was comfortable.
We arrived during heavy rain. Water poured into reception. water dripped onto the reception desk. I saw buckets. the hotel seems dated and needs tlc. the walls were thin. I heard noises from the room below.

run down bathroompoor teas
I was quite annoyed by a couple of things . the bathroom was in pretty bad shape. I think it needs some serious repairs. also, the selection of teas and coffees in the room was disappointing, (i'm a big tea drinker).
