Both were of great quality, i especially appreciated the varied choices available! the room was sizeable, and i found the bathroom to be modern and well kept. the staff demonstrated great friendliness and provided help whenever i needed it. I was grateful for their kindness and efficiency. i found the tea, coffee, and water in the room to be very convenient.
the hairdryer in the room worked slowly.

The location is AMAZING. I could walk to buses, rail and ferry connections easily. This was ideal since I left my car at home. The hotel had large, warm rooms with really comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly, cute, and helpful.
The lounge seating was slightly uncomfortable.
