Really good Service and Beautiful Setting

The staff helped create a magical day. They were attentive to us and all our guests. Khalid, the manager, was an absolute star. He and his team ensured everything ran smoothly and without a hitch.
The disabled toilets are located a fair walk from the function room. This could be inconvenient for some guests. I hope they are able to address this issue in the future.

Zoe at reception answered all questions with detail and patience. The ladies who did our treatments were superb, with high attention. Staff was accommodating to our dietary needs and beautiful setting.

The venue has an excellent atmosphere and provides high-quality dining options. I found the price very reasonable for the fantastic venue. The food was top class and well-presented. Everyone enjoyed it.

The room had a lovely view of the lake. the dinner we chose from the menu was very tasty. breakfast had a great mix of buffet full english and continental. It was amazing!!!
The receptionist. the room cleanliness was not perfect. Surfaces needed a good clean. i noticed mould on the tile grout in the bathroom in several places. It was a bit off-putting.

Charming Stay by the Lakeside

The Brasserie food was great with tasty, well-presented meals and a good selection of drinks. I especially enjoyed the wines. The staff were efficient and friendly. The grounds offer a great space around the lake. I also appreciated the breakfast buffetwith fresh fruit and a full English option.
I found a couple of dead plants in the hotel. But honestly, everything else was superb.

I found SOME mould on the tile grout in the bathroom in several places. the reception upon arrival was not cute. The receptionist acted as if we were disturbing her. public showers also had mould on the tile grout. This was not what I expected for such an expensive stay.

The spa was very clean and GOOD. Breakfast was included. There was a great CHOICE.
The furniture in our room was worn as were the CARPETS. We had a view of the grey car park. It was uninspiring. The outdoor areas are in a terrible state of disrepair. There were broken fences and shabby lawns with weeds.

I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. the breakfast choices were good and dinner one evening proved excellent. i liked the spa facilities. The masseuses were friendly and did a great job. the hotel's setting is idyllic!

The brasserie served a lovely dinner. Next morning breakfast was buffet style. alternatives included freshly cooked porridge and eggs benedict. the restaurant provides beautiful views of the park and the lake.
