The location was very central and convenient. The hotel had its own dock. I found my room nice and neat with effective air conditioning. Staff were amazing and helpful. I hope to return to this hotel.
I noticed a very bad smell coming from the bathroom each night. This unfortunately made my partner very sick.

i found the room spacious and comfortable. the hotel offers canal side access, so i used water taxi direct to the airport. i appreciated the artwork displayed throughout the hotel. the hotel is beautiful and close to major attractions, about 15 minutes walk.

breakfast was great, a really nice way to start the day. the hotel bar overlooking the canal was lovely, rino made a lovely whisky sour. i highly recommend it.

the staff were always willing to assist, i found. the front desk staff were able to assist me with a few mishaps. the reception guys are charming and friendly and cleaning ladies are smiling.
