The room was super clean. i found the beautiful room spacious. staff were friendly and ready to help on every interaction we had with them. the elevators were awesome. They were fast and smooth rides everytime.
the sheets on 1 of our beds were stained. the hot water for the shower took forever to get hot. i never did see a maid, or even a maid cart.

rooms sizenon-functioning jacuzziwater shutdown
the rooms size was acceptable, it had two full baths.
The jacuzzi tub didn't function as it supposed to, its now just a soaking tub. also, cold water stopped while my sister was showering. Only scalding hot water came out. there weren't any advance warning about the water shutdown.

i found the customer service top notch there were no issues at all the room and facilities seemed excellent to me also valet parking was complimentary , made things very easy i liked the resort style of the hotel. the staff were friendly and accommodating that helped a lot they went out of their way to assist the food was excellent too.
i will say the cleanliness was average there were some areas that needed more attention.

the hotel offers a variety of dining options breakfast was particularly good with a wide selection of items there is also a restaurant that serves lunch and dinner with an extensive menu. the service in all dining areas was perfect ensuring an enjoyable experience

the hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions getting around was easy and efficient with taxis and ride-sharing services readily available the proximity to shopping and dining establishments makes it a very convenient base. it is a great location
