i found the check-in so easy. baggage service took our bags and sent them to our room later, so kind. check out was also simple. i liked that you could use both digital and physical cards for our room. the housekeeper kept everything super clean, it made me so happy.
the hotel has few amenities to be honest, and the pool was closed, it was sad.

valet parking offered swift service. the suite provided an excellent view including the fountain, sphere and high roller from the 42nd floor. i was happy that food and drink options existed in the lobby and enjoyed apps and drinks at vice versa.
Check-in felt slow and somewhat impersonal. It affected the initial welcome.

the hotel features a convenient 7-eleven style shop inside for quick needs. a starbucks is present for coffee lovers and a bar area provides a nice place to relax. the pool area looked beautiful, not too far from the strip.

the valet service operated with excellent speed and friendliness. i also encountered mike philogene from security, who was very cute. his positive attitude.

my suite included a full-sized fridge plus a cooktop, perfect for meals. a microwave and dishwasher added convenience for longer stays. the dining table seated six, while the stackable washer and dryer was especially useful during the trip.
