Phillip, the owner, provided fruit and biscuits upon arrival. the location is perfect. It is near both the shopping center and the seafront..

uncomfortable bed stained linens
The room i booked, the "budget double room lower ground floor", really let me down. the bed was quite uncomfortable. i found some stains on the linens. the lack of proper soundproofing meant i could hear everything from the street and other rooms. It was very disruptive. the general upkeep felt neglected.

amazing host fruit bowl short walk
the host was amazing! he left fruit and biscuits for my stay. the location is amazing for the shopping center. it is a short walk to the pier.
the bed was broken, but it was manageable.
