The hotel location is convenient. It is easily accessible to many attractions.
The restaurant service was substandard. I asked for the room to be cleaned daily, but this request was frequently overlooked. I was not informed about the spa's closure for maintenance ahead of time.

The absence of tea or coffee making facilities in the room was a letdown. I expected this amenity. the room smelled like a toilet, quite unpleasant. i was completely disappointed with the additional charges for breakfast, parking, and the spa.

the hotel has a modern design. my room was spacious (i booked the junior suite). the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. the rooftop bar had nice views.
the absence of coffee or tea in the room was a slight disappointment.

breakfast had many options. the rooftop bar offered a fantastic view and tasty cocktails (i especially liked the bar's ambiance). prices at the bar and restaurant matched those in other european cities.

the hotel is centrally located and near the main train station (convenient for travel). a car park is available . i found this location a very convenient base for my travel activities.
