nice stay details
sea proximity quick walk genuinely staff excellent variety
The location was good, close to the sea and a quick walk into the city. staff members seemed genuinely friendly! they were really good too ensure i had a perfect stay. breakfast and dinner were both excellent. I especially liked the variety.
there seemed to be a lack of lifts, especially one internal lift, which caused a few problems.

the swimming pool offered a relaxing sea view and seemed well-kept. there was easy access to the sea. this was a plus! the reception and concierges were courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful.

the hotel is near many great places to eat and drink, perfect for exploring local cuisine. you can easily walk to the old town. a short walk offers opportunities to explore the city.

my room had a superking bed with super comfortable linen pillows. cleaning occurred daily at my preferred time. every staff member i met was friendly and cute. the communal areas were kept clean.

constant touts relentless attitude
The breakfast buffet was acceptable with a wide selection of foods.
Check-in was NOT pleasant. I felt unwelcome. Reception focused on selling excursions instead of offering a smooth arrival (that annoyed me!). the constant touts on the street hounded us to listen to vacation club pitches. Their relentless attitude was wearing, and one guy approached us multiple times a day.

The location is near the sea. I could easily access the sea. The breakfast buffet impressed me with a wide variety of food items. The guest relation manager was attentive and helpful.
The internal lift wasn't always working.
