The location was good, close to the sea and a quick walk into the city. staff members seemed genuinely friendly! they were really good too ensure i had a perfect stay. breakfast and dinner were both excellent. I especially liked the variety.
there seemed to be a lack of lifts, especially one internal lift, which caused a few problems.

The breakfast buffet was acceptable with a wide selection of foods.
Check-in was NOT pleasant. I felt unwelcome. Reception focused on selling excursions instead of offering a smooth arrival (that annoyed me!). the constant touts on the street hounded us to listen to vacation club pitches. Their relentless attitude was wearing, and one guy approached us multiple times a day.
