Acceptable but flawed experience
bland dishes cold massage room
The room had a good view, as expected.
The food quality was disappointing. Some dishes were bland. The spa was also a letdown. The massage room felt too cold. These issues affected relaxation.

pleasant stay at calheta
helpful staff great entertainment ideal location relaxed atmosphere
i found the staff very helpful and the entertainment was great. the location near the beach and marina was perfect. i really enjoyed the all inclusive setup and the short walk to nearby restaurants. the pool area offered a great space for families to relax.
the gym equipment seems a bit outdated.

the reception desk provided really helpful service upon arrival. the staff were courteous and respectful throughout our stay. i did appreciate the prompt attention to any request that i had.

the all inclusive service features a buffet with varied lunch and dinner options. alcoholic drinks includes good brands like grants whisky and bacardi. two a la carte restaurants are onsite offering more traditional cuisine.

the hotel has a marina short walk away and offers mini shopping on site. a taxi is always available on site for easy transportation. the outdoor pool its perfect for summer and warm days.

scenic transfer hotel road
The supermarket is across the road from the hotel. The hotel transfer from the airport was scenic.
The pool towels required a daily fee from the reception desk I found that inconvenient

great variety friendly staff
the all-inclusive meals offered a great variety, with something to please everyone (i especially loved the themed dinners!). the staff was very friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. the location is very close to the beach and the supermarket is across the road, so , made things very convenient.
the music at the bar went on quite late (until almost 11 pm), , made it a bit difficult to fall asleep quickly.

direct access attentive staff
I stayed in a Double Room Sea View All Inclusive for 3 nights and the experience was excellent! The room had all the needed amenities. I especially enjoyed the direct access to the beach, a great benefit of this hotel. The restaurant included in the all-inclusive package offered different options (which was fantastic). The hotel also featured live music almost every night, and I found it very entertaining. The staff really are amazing! They are very attentive and excel at ensuring every guest is comfortable.
The decor in the room was a bit bland.
