varied breakfast sea view balcony lemon water
the breakfast buffet was amazing!!! there were many options, including an omelet station where a chef prepared omelets to order. i loved that my room had a large balcony with sea views. the hotel also provided fresh lemon water upon arrival, a lovely touch.
i thought the gym could have benefited from a few more free weights.

amazing spot, love it!
luxurious linens big balcony cozy atmosphere
the room was super super clean and the linens felt so luxurious. i had a sweet sea view room with a big balcony. fresh lemon water greeted us at arrival, and the concierge took our bags to the room. so many restaurants close by were available by walk, not sketchy at all. breakfast had a cozy, warm atmosphere with attentive staff always cleaning up, i will be back.
i did notice a lack of effort on updating some furnishings. the room showed some wear and tear that was definitely noticeable. i think it's time for a little refresh to bring it back to its full glory.

the staff acted very friendly and provided awesome service always. christina were pretty good too ensure our comfort upon arrival. laura provided clear and helpful information about airport transportation, they really care.

the hotel is in a really nice area walkable to many restaurants. this area is near the lido shops and the promenade. proximity to local amenities, accessible, and so convenient.

we got the superior ocean view room on the top floor, it had amazing views. there was a private balcony with sun loungers. the room was spacious and well appointed, it included comfortable beds and many amenities.

Really good stay!
free garage sea view modern equipment
The hotel had an underground garage for free. This was super convenient. I chose a 'direct sea view' room. It was worth the price because of the amazing views. The gym had modern equipment. I visited it daily to stay active.

excellent facilities early check-in
The room had excellent facilities. Reception was very accommodating and gave us our room before the normal check-in time. I was happy about that!
The breakfast coffee wasn't good. It was the same every day!

noisy air conditioning privacy issue
The reception staff accommodated my early arrival, giving me access to my room before the scheduled check-in time.
The air conditioning made excessive noise. The unit did not function properly for the first two days. The room became uncomfortably hot and made sleeping difficult. I had paid extra for a sea view, but the room was on the first floor. This level provided a view of the sea and overlooked sunbathers and the restaurant area. There was a lack of privacy.
