the room was small. there was little place to empty cases into. i lived out of my suitcase for the week. my sheets were torn and had holes in them.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. The rooftop pool area had amazing views. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated their assistance. I was also offered a breakfast bag for my early departure.

The hotel offered a good breakfast, (especially the freshly baked bread!) each morning. The rooftop pool provided a serene escape with calming views during the afternoons.
The room size felt slightly cramped for an extended stay. The street noise at night was noticeable despite being on a higher floor.

wonderful selectionfantastic view
Staff was attentive. The breakfast had a wonderful selection except the limited capsule coffee. I love the rooftop terrace pool. Its views onto the cathedral are fantastic.
The room had just one glass, and used mugs were not cleaned. the water in the room wasn't routinely restocked. I had to ask for more.
