This facility is in the heart of the action. It is very convenient. the breakfast offerings were amazing!!! there was so much variety to choose from. my room was clean and well-kept. I loved the daily service. the reception staff were particularly helpful .
The curtains did not block out light effectively. This was a minor inconvenience. i recommend bringing a sleep mask if you are sensitive to light.

i noticed the breakfast area is spacious, with many tables available. there is also a fitness center with treadmills and weights. the hotel also provides complimentary tea and coffee in the reception area.

The staff assisted us before check-in, appreciated since we wanted to explore the area. its convenient location serves as an excellent starting point for visiting local attractions. they even provide a breakfast box for early departures. I found it particularly useful.
the room lacked a few amenities, such as toiletries and teaspoons for coffee and tea. the coffee provided in the room was also not very good.

the hotel is near the main harbor. i found the accessibility quite convenient. various attractions are within walking distance including the funicular railway and the railway station.

the superior double room featured beautiful decorations and expected amenities. i particularly noticed the streaming capability to the room tv and only one english channel being sky news. the room size was satisfactory.

the hotel staff were helpful and friendly at all times. the dining room staff, specifically josiah, were always attentive. the reception offered complimentary tea and coffee, a thoughtful touch i appreciated.

poor curtainsweak tea
The curtains let in way too much light. I mean, what is this, a lighthouse? finding English Breakfast tea was like searching for a unicorn. I eventually located some generic black tea. It was hardly the cuppa I craved.
