immaculate grounds and attentive staff

immaculate groundswell kept beachattentive staff
The resort has immaculate grounds. the beach is well maintained and very clean. the staff is kind and attentive, particularly mustafa at the adult pool bar, who kept us hydrated. nada from guest relations was also helpful. i found the room cleaning service to be excellent. Mohammad always ensured my comfort.
I noticed the minibar policy changed. Replenishment of drinks came with an extra charge, which wasn't clearly communicated.

the superior room pool view had sufficient space. the bathroom included two sinks and a rainfall shower. i found that the air conditioning worked efficiently, maintaining a consistent temperature throughout my stay, this made it comfortable.

there is a nice pier that allows swimming in deep water. the hotel offers easy access to snorkeling spots. a complimentary shuttle service is available to nearby shopping centers, though the schedule varies, be sure to check with the front desk first!

The beach was accessible and I located a volleyball ground.
The lawn maintenance really got to me. Lawn mowing started early and the noise was intrusive. It kept on going right next to where guests were relaxing by the pool, it was annoying.
