polite staff clean hotel old fashioned hotel limited breakfast
the staff was polite. i found the hotel to be very clean. the breakfast staff and front office personnel were helpful. the housekeeping service was also efficient.
the hotel felt old fashioned. the lift seemed to have issues.

i found the staff exceedingly helpful at reception. the room provided club lounge access. the club lounge offered plenty of choices during the happy hour. breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

cramped space tiny pool
the breakfast was acceptable, with a decent selection of items.
the gym was a joke, i was expecting more from a 5-star hotel. it barely had any equipment, and the space felt cramped. the pool was also tiny, more like a big bathtub than a proper swimming pool.

an okay stay
central location spacious room recovery tools mouldy shower dirty drain rooftop view
the hotel located central. that was very good. the room was also spacious and clean. the gym included foam rollers and other recovery tools. it also had a pool and a jacuzzi.
i found the shower a little mouldy. there were some black spots on the floor under the showerhead i did not liked. i had to wash some crusty bits of dirt down the drain. the view was not great either. it faced trams and industrial rooftops.
