i found the staff exceedingly helpful at reception. the room provided club lounge access. the club lounge offered plenty of choices during the happy hour. breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

the breakfast was acceptable, with a decent selection of items.
the gym was a joke, i was expecting more from a 5-star hotel. it barely had any equipment, and the space felt cramped. the pool was also tiny, more like a big bathtub than a proper swimming pool.

the hotel located central. that was very good. the room was also spacious and clean. the gym included foam rollers and other recovery tools. it also had a pool and a jacuzzi.
i found the shower a little mouldy. there were some black spots on the floor under the showerhead i did not liked. i had to wash some crusty bits of dirt down the drain. the view was not great either. it faced trams and industrial rooftops.
