excellent assistancehigh qualityfriendly staff
jessica and antonella were helpful when i lost my phone (on the first day, no less). they helped me use the 'locate my iphone' site. they even spoke with the person who found it. the room presentation was high quality.
The breakfast was a little pricey for what it included. Prosecco should be available for that cost.

The sauna was a highlight. I used it and liked it a lot. The hotel offered a well-equipped gym and a fantastic wellness area overlooking the city. Many towels and bathrobes are available.
I found there was no refrigerator in the room. there was no phone, somewhat inconvenient.

i enjoyed my stay a lot. the staff were kind. the breakfast buffet offered a huge range of options, and the on-site sauna provided a welcome space to relax after a long day.
one minor issue i encountered involves the limited menu in the restaurant. i found the prices high.

missing fridgethin walls
the price reminded me of highway robbery for what i got. the room lacked a fridge, so no keeping drinks cold unless you bought them from the hotel. also, i could hear every footstep from the room above me. it was like living under a herd of elephants. even the cleaners next door sounded like they were staging a demolition derby.

the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, acceptable.
The air conditioning in my beautiful king room did not work properly. i requested assistance, but the problem was not resolved . i also found that the service in the bar area was slow. I had to wait a long time before i could pay my bill (this was quite frustrating).

i thought the decor and theme were very cool.. there's a supermarket, bakery, and metro station just around the corner. the front desk was super friendly and helpful. my room was large enough, and i appreciated the comfortable bathroom with heated flooring. i also found the bed to be comfy!
the cocktail menu felt disappointing to me, with over complicated versions of classic cocktails that just didn't quite hit the mark.

rooms come well-appointed with nice toiletries and even an espresso machine for your morning coffee or a late night one. i noticed that my room had a large comfortable bed and there was a lovely green outlook to add some life.

the staff were very helpful and accommodating from the start, i saw that they know their stuff and can recommend just the right thing. i felt very welcome because of the staff's professional and friendly approach to the stay.
