The location was excellent. I found myself close to major sightseeing spots. the front desk staff were friendly, a real plus. i appreciated the option to store luggage when i arrived early. the hotel felt new, a nice surprise! the proximity to the train station, about a 15-minute walk, was very useful.

the room had blackout curtains that really blocked the light. convenient sockets were located throughout the room. a hairdryer was provided, so i did not need to pack my own.

the staff provided helpful information regarding the city and directions. key cards were required for entrance, this added a sense of security.

The staff was helpful when i asked for extra towels. That was acceptable.
The noise from the street was relentless. It continued late into the night. the room was too small, barely enough space to move around comfortably. the bathroom had a musty smell. I reported it, but nothing changed .
