Comfortable stay and great value
fresh orange juice rooftop pool
The breakfast was abundant and fresh orange juice was a plus. The rooftop pool offered a lovely view of the city. (I really enjoyed the cityscape view!) The pool bar on the terrace was nice on those hot days.

i loved the rooftop pool! it provided amazing views. the breakfast buffet had a large variety (the orange juice machine was the best!). the location was super convenient, close to many attractions.
The air conditioning didn't seem to work properly. It was quite warm in my room. my room felt a bit outdated and could use some cosmetic upgrades. the elevator was occasionally out of service. This was very inconvenient.

varied selection rooftop pool comfortable room
The breakfast included a wide, varied selection with alternative milk options. i particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool. The views over the city were lovely. the room was comfortable, quiet, and spacious enough for my needs.

the breakfast buffet displayed many choices, including an array of fresh fruit. i also noticed a quiet machine for fresh orange juice available each morning. the food was AMAZING!!!

my room included a comfortable bed with good water pressure in the shower. the bedroom and bathroom were nicely sized and very clean, a testament to the great chamber staff. this ensured a restful experience.

broken beds poor air conditioning
the breakfast buffet had a large choice. i found something acceptable.
the air conditioning did not work well. it did not cool much. the beds was like they would break. i asked for a change for both the air and bed, but they did not do it.

Fantastic Stay!

I found the location convenient, close to the bus stop for train connections. Numerous local cafes and restaurants offered many choices for dining. The rooftop area impressed me, it featured two sun terraces and a swimming pool, plants and sun loungers (a perfect spot to unwind).
I thought the elevators were a bit slow during peak hours.

The hotel featured a luggage storage facility that I used, it was very helpful. I also noticed the amazing swimming pool on the roof. I was very happy to find this place.

The staff was very attentive and always ready to assist with any requests. I felt very welcome. I could tell that they were very passionate.

Breakfast included a self-service buffet with English and continental options. I especially enjoyed the fresh orange juice from the juicer (it was so refreshing!). The coffee machine provided a great start to the day.
