empty soap dispenserslow service
The room i had was rather small, situated right under the roof. i discovered the soap dispenser was empty just as i was about to shower, annoying. i called the reception. They said someone would bring some. after waiting half an hour, i called again. they said, 'yes, i'm coming now. ' another fifteen minutes passed, then i went to reception to get the soap myself. really no service!

i found the staff very helpful with local tips i needed. the complimentary coffee station in the lobby was a lovely touch i enjoyed. the room had a minibar and coffeemaker complete with capsules i savored.
my bathroom felt small a bit like a box. also the window in the bedroom was too high set. some shelves or hooks to hang clothes would be useful additions

the staff provided excellent support and readily offered extra pillows. the receptionist demonstrated kindness delivering prompt service to my requests. their knowledge of english was helpful for clear communication throughout my stay.

The staff spoke english well. I found that helpful. i got a swiss chocolate. It tasted good. the room was clean.
My room on the fourth floor got too hot in the evenings. only a tower fan was provided and did little. there were no fly screens. Leaving windows open brought mosquitoes in.
