outdated interiorrattling windows
The interior seemed a bit outdated. the shower inside the bathtub was not ideal and not comfortable. It felt cramped. windows rattled due to wind, which disturbed sleep. the noise was irritating.

Breakfast had many option! staff were very helpful. I got a late check out, they accepted it. the daily cleaning got done rightly, on time. it was easy to check in. the staff was friendly. i found the rooms clean and inviting!
the doorman did not greet warmly upon arrival, i think his main concern was whether i could carry the bags. it kinda set a negative tone.

the gym includes several treadmills, some stationary bikes, and weight machines. you have enough equipment to get a full workout. also, the pool area had ample loungers and a shaded section for relaxation.

The hotel sits in a central area near major attractions. You can easily walk to points of interest. a complimentary shuttle service is available. It runs regularly to the waterfront, very convenient. public transport options are also nearby.

The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The spacious room was always clean .
The dinner buffet was not great. I noticed there were limited options, and the meat was dry. I also found the Wi-Fi signal in my room to be quite weak. It dropped frequently, frustrating.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had quite a good variety of choices. The location was very convenient for me. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!!
The indoor heated pool was not heated. It was only room temperature.

The breakfast was good. There were many options to choose from. The location was also good. I appreciated the shuttle service on weekends.
The wifi did not work for most of my stay. Communication among the staff seemed poor, i noticed. I placed an order at the restaurant and after one hour, i enquired about it. The staff member who took my order had gone to lunch and did not tell other staff about it.
