The staff was helpful and efficient. Rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel provided great amenities. I appreciated the convenient location. though the parking was expensive.
The gym could use some new equipment.

The hotel is close to many shops and restaurants. Public transport is easily accessible. The bus stop is just a short walk away. The proximity to major attractions made sightseeing very easy.

i really liked the proximity to downtown and the general state of the hotel. my ninth time visiting. but my first time at this hotel.
the breakfast options are limited especially for mediterranean tastes. there is also a very strong perfume smell from automatic vaporizers that is really heavy all around. it really bothered my breathing sensitivity.

the room was tidy and had all the necessary equipment. the breakfast offered a good buffet selection and an option to order items from a menu.
I was really disappointed with the air conditioning (it was difficult to adjust). the water supply was also not consistent. It took about ten minutes to get hot water, and the temperature was hard to regulate.

The blanket in my room was not the right size. I thought the air conditioning made too much noise. There was not enough shade at the pool.
