Balanced Stay with Some Drawbacks
firm pillowssweet mocktails
I found a few issues . The pillows in the room were too firm, causing my husband to have trouble sleeping. He had to request softer pillows. The mocktails I tried were overly sweet I was disappointed. These issues negatively impacted my experience.

I loved the super friendly and cute staff. the room was always nice and neat. there was also a good choice of food. I found plenty to choose from! the animation team was really good fun too.
The pillows were a bit too hard for my liking. I would have preferred softer ones!

The pools were clean and a good size. I never struggled to find a lounger. the aqua park was easily accessible with a free shuttle service.

The hotel offered free pick up from the airport, a great perk. it took only 5 to 10 minutes walking to reach the beach. It had soft sand with shallow water. the beach offered an amazing experience with beautiful sea creatures to observe while snorkeling.

the staff was great, they were very attentive and helpful. the waiters, especially ahmed, were very helpful from day one, especially when there were nine of us. akram and ahmed, the pool waiters, were always on hand to provide drinks.

the room was very clean and fresh towels arrived daily i found good wi-fi and air conditioning. the waterpark near aquaviva hotel offered slides and food options it was a ten-minute shuttle ride every thirty minutes.

the room was very clean and cute. the staff gave excellent service, always ready to assist. i found the breakfast buffet to be plentiful and delicious! the hotel's location was perfect, awesome for easy access to nearby attractions.
i noticed some birds flying near the cooking stations.

the reception team was good. mr mohamed hassan offered fast check-in. the staff generally looked energetic and cute with kind smiles, providing an atmosphere of tender care.

the grill à la carte restaurant provided great service with very tasty food, like a dream. the restaurant staff was always very creative with meals. delicious dishes were cooked. the food standard lived up to my expectations!

I had a very cozy room with a pool view. the room included a king size bed. The green area near the room was vast. the spacious room was well maintained. the balcony offered the chance to oversee the pool.
