i noticed immediately the hotel maintains amazing cleanliness i appreciate that. the staff are very kind and always ready to assist guests. one day my friends and i returned from cairo late the manager arranged for our dinner to be waiting in the room. i observed that the rooms pool area and overall hotel environment are kept perfectly clean.
the hotel provided orange juice from a carton for breakfast i found it to be a cheap juice. this juice seemed to have never encountered an orange. the drinks and cocktails used cheap alcohol that was undrinkable i noticed.

the hotel was clean. the service met expectations.
the music was far to high. the base reverberated through the building. i arrived tired just before 10pm and the music sounded as a festival. the layout of the hotel is not conducive to having such a loud animation team.
