lovely stay!
great varietyabundant activitiesbad condition
this place blew my mind! the variety of restaurants kept things exciting, i loved having so many choices. there were activities galore, from bikes to swan boats. security was tight, i felt safe and well-protected.
The animation team needed some help. Their lack of experience was apparent. the tennis table ball was broken. the equipment wasn't in great shape. darts were missing, hindering any gameplay.

i had a family room that was really spacious. i got views facing the beach, that was so amazing. the room comes with amenities, providing everything needed for a relaxing visit.

The resort provides bikes and swan boats to use. That's so exciting. mini golf and a kids club were available, i think this is fantastic. there are multiple pools and water slides, that is awesome for everyone to enjoy.

The staff were smiling and helpful. That's a really nice touch. drinks were brought to us super fast, and i really liked that. the staff took security seriously, and that gave me great peace of mind.

The meals were acceptable, with amazing variety at each restaurant.
I found the room decor outdated. The furniture clearly had not been updated recently. The bed was VERY uncomfortable, and the air conditioner was terribly loud.

the hotel grounds were large plenty of space to explore i enjoyed the multiple restaurants for evening meals there were three or four available for lunch i found the variety good for my tastes. the service was consistent staff members frequently asked if i wanted drinks , made things easier
the air conditioning unit in my room made loud sounds it was hard to sleep soundly because of this i noticed ants on my bed this was disappointing the cleanliness could improve i was not happy about this

The service was often slow. staff at the bars seemed understaffed. Waiting for drinks took longer than expected. our room's air conditioning unit was quite loud and difficult to regulate, made sleeping uncomfortable, a very noisy air conditioning, slow bar service

The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. the animation team (they really put on a show!) makes every day fun for both kids and adults. evening shows are also very nice. I especially enjoyed the variety of performances.
The minibar only has water and one soda. I would have liked more variety.

The hotel gardens looked well maintained.
The checkout process took an excessive two hours for luggage collection. I contacted them at 12:30 but the luggage only arrived at 14:30. This delay disrupted my travel plans rather negatively.

I liked the multiple pools available. There was always space to swim. the aqua park was a highlight. My kids enjoyed the slides. i found the beach very clean, and i appreciated the comfortable sun loungers. i also liked the family bikes available for free. (It made exploring the resort easy).
the wifi was sometimes spotty in certain areas of the resort.

The staff members at the resort were friendly and helpful. They addressed my questions quickly. kareem, the pool barman, was attentive. He remembered our drink orders daily. i thought the room cleaner did a very good job. Everything was super clean.

There are five restaurants that offered a good variety of choices (i found something to suit my taste). the moroccan restaurant served delicious food. The chef diab and his team provided a great experience. drinks were served in ice buckets at the beach and pool. Beer was available in bottles.
