dirty dishesunemptied bins

i had some problems with cleanliness. bins werent emptied in the bedrooms from previous guests, i did tell reception but the rubbish was not removed. plastic bottles sat above the kitchen area. floors werent clean either, my son had dirt on him after crawling.

The apartment was very spacious and newly painted. It was also spotlessly clean. We found the beds and pillows to be very comfortable. Nice little touches included tea and coffee in the kitchen. A bag of ice was available in the freezer.

The toilet made a loud noise when flushed at night.

Staff were very helpful and nice. The check-in process was easy. Free secure parking was a very welcome convenience for us. Queva at reception was particularly friendly.

The apartment included kitchen facilities such as a washer and dryer. Access to the hotel pool and gym facilities was a bonus. We liked that the apartment had beautiful furniture and modern bathrooms. The kitchen was also very well equipped.

The location was great, near the Opera House. Shops were close by on the high street. The apartment's proximity to the Talbot Hotel made breakfast easy. The hotel is also near the sea, very accessible.

The two-bedroom apartment sea view was spacious. I had access to a leisure center and also to the parking (the parking was covered). Staff members were friendly.

The phone was not answered when I tried to contact the reception.
