substandard cleanlinessdisruptive noise

the bathroom cleanliness was substandard upon arrival i found hair in the shower and the toilet was not properly flushed from a previous guest this oversight created an immediate negative impression and detracted from the overall experience also the noise level from nearby rooms and hallway traffic was disruptive it was difficult to relax due to frequent loud noises and conversations
