I appreciated the convenient location close to many attractions. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The complimentary water in the room was restocked daily and I found this helpful.
The breakfast was a bit repetitive. I wished for more variety each day.

The sauna and steam room were interesting facilities available to guests. A discount at the hamam was a great perk for hotel guests and I found it very useful after a long day of exploring.

The staff were friendly enough I guess, and the location did put me close to the center of town. It was acceptable.
My room was supposed to have a coffee machine, but it only had a kettle. The bedsheets had stains. The shower grout was black with mold. I think I paid for an experience that was not what the hotel advertised. I wouldn't book here again.

Really good Service and Convenient Location

The staff provided really good customer service throughout my stay. Every day, the team asked if I wanted anything separate from the menu during breakfast. I found all the landmarks to be conveniently close, within walking distance from the hotel.
I found that the ventilation was not optimal. There was a noticeable smell of smoke inside the room, especially during the night. It seemed as if someone had been smoking in the room, bothersome.

The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The spacious design and comfortable furnishings allowed for relaxation after sightseeing. The hotel maintained super clean conditions throughout the premises.
