charmed by riverside stay
attentive staff luxurious shower friendly person
i found the staff were very attentive and took time to chat. ben was very friendly. i enjoyed a lovely three days break. the cleanliness of the shower stood out. the shower had a luxurious quality.
The room wasn't the most modern. It was in the older building.

the location is next to the river dee and adjacent to the park. this area makes it easy to stroll to the city centre and main attractions. i found the location quiet.

peaceful evening riverside rooms tasteful decoration tiny window chipping paint poor visibility
The location is right by the river dee. the outdoor deck overlooked the river. A peaceful evening unfolded as i sipped a drink watching the rowers and ducks. the riverside rooms felt newly built, decorated so tastefully.
the room had a tiny window offering hardly any natural light. paint was chipping in the room, a minor distraction from the otherwise lovely space. the main bathroom lights weren't working, visibility was poor.

poor cleanliness dust insects
the location was good for accessing town i liked that they had free parking too
i found the room cleanliness pretty poor there was quite a bit of dust and insects like it hadn't been cleaned well for a while it made me question how well the rest of the room was cleaned

fantastic stay
convenient location modern decor simple check-in
the location was convenient with sufficient parking space. the room featured modern decor bright colors and cleanliness. check-in and check-out were simple processes handled well by the lovely staff i had a really nice stay.
the phone went unanswered. there were endless pointless emails. the tv system was not working i found this problematic particularly since the weather was bad and i spent time in my room with limited entertainment.

peaceful location excellent decor helpful staff
The location is fantastic. It's really peaceful near the river dee. the food at the restaurant was AMAZING!!! the staff were always helpful and attentive, which i really appreciated. i enjoyed the super clean room. The decor was excellent and very stylish.
during my stay, i found the breakfast to be terrible. the bacon and sausage were hard and overcooked. i sent it back and ordered an omelette instead, but it took a long time to arrive.

the double room had well-placed plugs and switches for convenience. the bathroom facilities were very good, particularly the shower controls located at the entrance. there was also a well-stocked hospitality tray.

the hotel sits adjacent to a park providing easy access to green spaces. its riverside location offered a tranquil setting, removed from the city's noise. the short walk to the city center was very convenient.

Decent Location, Concerning Cleanliness
mildew grout dust accumulation
The hotel has a fabulous location and convenient car parking facilities.
The room showed a significant amount of mildew and mould on the shower's grout (yikes!). Dust accumulated on wall ornaments and the toilet roll holder, showing that there were some gaps in the cleaning process.
