Awesome Family Stopover!

We had a recent family visit! June provided courtesy calls and detailed birthday plans for my son. She greeted us, immediately connected with my children, and made the occasion special. We entered our room and found birthday surprises. The pool was great, and the entire hotel felt prepared for leisure guests.
I must mention the hot water temperature fluctuated during showers, a slight inconvenience.

the staff were helpful. the room was a good size.
There were no plugs by the bed. Charging my phone overnight became a hassle. the room also lacked air conditioning. i had to switch off the radiator instead, not ideal, the pillows were not comfy too.

My room overlooked the staff car park and bins. It was very noisy because it was near the expressway. The room felt sparse and grim.

i attended two great workout classes, they were with laura lewis. i also got amazing coffees in starbucks. jess and sarah, two lovely baristas, served me. they were friendly and smiley and really welcomed me, and the coffee was lovely too.
it was noisy because of people constantly walking past. my large window looked out onto the path and the rear car park so i had to keep the blind down always. the price of food and drink seemed expensive compared to similar hotels.
