the staff were helpful, so that was fine.

The room i got was not great. the carpets looked worn, and i'm pretty sure they hadn't been vacuumed. breakfast wasn't amazing either. There wasn't any fresh fruit and the water for tea wasn't hot enough. I'm not sure i understand the point of that.

the location suited exploring the new forest. i found parking very easy on site. dinner in the pub and breakfast tasted delicious. the staff members were friendly and efficient. i found them to be very cute.

the room did feel a bit outdated. perhaps some furniture needs some repairing.

The hotel has parking, and maintained lawns. dogs are welcome. the surrounding area is wonderfully decorated with flowers. I also liked that the area felt quiet, and safe.
