thin wallsworn carpets
The room was not sufficiently soundproofed. noise from the high street was quite audible even with the window closed. additionally, i could hear conversations and other sounds from the adjacent room because the walls are too thin. the walkway leading to the rooms also needs some improvement. It appears to be used for storage and the carpets are worn.
