thin door bathroom fan
the staff were helpful. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection. it was acceptable.
the room felt dated. i found cobwebs in the corner of the ceiling. the bathroom fan did not work and the noise from the hallway was intrusive, the door was thin. it was not good.

i stayed in a Luxe room and it was super clean clean. The spa experience included many relaxation and treatment rooms.

The spa facilities were well-kept and created a pleasant atmosphere.
My room's shower valve broke. It stayed on scalding hot. They moved me at 9 PM. Breakfast was mediocre. The bacon was overdone.

slow service unjustified service charge
the spa area offered various thermal experiences and showers was amazing.
The hotel fell short this time. the service was slow. I had to ask multiple times for tea at breakfast and my wife's diet coke during dinner. also, the service charge felt unjustified since the waiter seemed to ignore us.

tranquil escape
comfy beds delicious food hot stones massage sensory room
the honeysuckle room featured comfy beds. spa usage the first evening was a super experience. the hillfield food tasted delicious. i enjoyed a hot stones massage followed by the sensory room water beds.
a slight wait at lunch affected our dining experience.

Decent Experience, Some Shortcomings
friendly staff four-poster bed jacuzzi bath low pressure underwhelming cocktail missing slippers
The staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival. Our room featured a four-poster bed. It had a separate lounge area too. The bathroom included a jacuzzi bath. I also liked the Latymer restaurant. The food was very nice.
The shower pressure was low. I also found the cocktail menu in the bar underwhelming. The drinks did not taste particularly good. There were no slippers in the room. Instead, I found slip-slops only.

sharing platter stocked buffet
the pork belly sharing platter in hillfield restaurant was lovely. breakfast in the thesis restaurant included a well-stocked buffet. i had eggs benedict there, they were delicious.
