wonderful stay!

The staff provided fantastic service. They were very hospitable!!! amazing breakfast options were available in the dining area. the location was pretty good, giving easy access by bus or metro. i not sketchy at all in the surrounding area.
The room temperature was preset to 23 degrees. This was way too hot. fortunately, i could open the doors to the outside. i also did not like the rusty plughole in the sink.

The room included a comfortable bed and a spacious layout. It was perfect for relaxation after a long day. the closet had ample space for all my belongings. It kept the room tidy. two bedside tables with lamps were very useful.

a decent experience

i loved the room size. my beautiful room included ample space and plenty of natural light came through the windows. the location was excellent, near kensington gardens. it made going for morning walks easy.
the breakfast was alright, but the selection was a bit limited. i think prepared fruit options could be added, and the yogurt quality was not high. i noticed that the tv in my room wasnt working and had to call for help.
