wonderful stay!
fantastic service amazing breakfast good location
The staff provided fantastic service. They were very hospitable!!! amazing breakfast options were available in the dining area. the location was pretty good, giving easy access by bus or metro. i not sketchy at all in the surrounding area.
The room temperature was preset to 23 degrees. This was way too hot. fortunately, i could open the doors to the outside. i also did not like the rusty plughole in the sink.

The room included a comfortable bed and a spacious layout. It was perfect for relaxation after a long day. the closet had ample space for all my belongings. It kept the room tidy. two bedside tables with lamps were very useful.

the breakfast buffet had pastries, salmon, and three types of cheese. several choices of eggs were available, including à la carte coffee options. the dining area was cozy. service was attentive.

a decent experience
ample space natural light limited selection low quality yogurt
i loved the room size. my beautiful room included ample space and plenty of natural light came through the windows. the location was excellent, near kensington gardens. it made going for morning walks easy.
the breakfast was alright, but the selection was a bit limited. i think prepared fruit options could be added, and the yogurt quality was not high. i noticed that the tv in my room wasnt working and had to call for help.

friendly staff delicious breakfast
The staff was cute and helpful (they were always smiling!). The breakfast was great and made to order. I especially liked the eggs benedict, it tasted so good.

The Kensington Suite offered ample space. The bathroom included both a tub and separate shower. Staff were genuinely helpful. They promptly addressed all inquiries. The hotel is situated near many shops and restaurants, I found it very convenient.

The location proved really good. Royal albert hall was only a short walk away. the hotel interiors showcased thoughtful updates. my spacious beautiful suite felt unusual for a city centre.
