The hotel staff were amazing, i felt welcome. i saw all the available facilities upon arrival. It was helpful. the breakfasts were really good, from the traditional english breakfast to the porridge with fruit and honey. the rooms were super clean. Each had its own large, maintained bathroom.
the stairs to my floor were a bit steep. it wasn't a major issue, but something to note for those with mobility concerns.

The room included fresh milk, multiple drinks in the minibar, and a very quiet atmosphere. The staff were PROACTIVE at dinner, meeting our needs. This approach. The service was nice.
The minibar was very EXPENSIVE. Prices at the local Co-op were significantly lower. I found this aspect inconvenient.

The hotel is near the beach, which makes for easy access. The location is convenient. For visiting local attractions. Though slightly surrounded by flats, it remains a manageable distance from essential amenities.

The room design included thoughtful touches. It contained cowshed products in the bathroom. A fantastic shower and a big bath were available. The room offered ample space and was well kept.

The staff offered excellent service throughout my stay. They provided a friendly welcome upon arrival. They quickly addressed any needs I had. Their attention to detail was particularly appreciated.

Breakfast in the restaurant was very good. The bacon sandwich stood out as really good. The hash browns were the best I HAVE tasted. The service complemented the high-quality food.

bleak decorlacking reception
the room decor seemed bleak and grungy i did not find a reception area at all this surprised me the lack of a welcome desk made the place feel a bit impersonal and unwelcoming this made my overall experience less positive a proper reception is essential

the hotel staff were amazing, i felt welcome. i was taken to my room and shown all the available facilities. breakfasts were really good, from the traditional english breakfast to the porridge with fruit and honey.
there were lots of stairs, and an uneven floor in the corridor, it was a bit precarious. this was difficult for my elderly mother. room 6 had an unpleasant drain smell lingering.
