I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They gave great directions. My room and bathroom were super clean! Continental breakfast had plenty of choice. The hotel organised a parking permit with reception, convenient.
The shower head in my room had a loose fitting. Reporting the issue on the first day resulted in it being rectified later that day.

Breakfast had many options. It was buffet style. The selection for breakfast was LOVELY! I found various types of milk to suit different needs.

The staff was friendly and provided great service. I received a warm welcome upon arrival. They checked I was satisfied with my room. The staff was ready to help.

The hotel offered street parking. Spaces were always available!!! The hotel was clean and well presented. Complimentary bottles of still and sparkling water were available in the hallway.
